John Rizzi, president and chief executive officer of e-Dialog, has been selected by the Chairman of the Committee on Small Business in the US House of Representatives to testify at a hearing held by the Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform entitled ""Spam and its Effects on Small Business."" The purpose of the hearing is to address the ethical and legal implications of commercial e-mail and how it affects small businesses in the United States. The hearing occurs as the House is expected this week to review the anti-spam bill approved last week by the Senate.
Mr. Rizzi's testimony will be posted at www.e-dialog.com the day of the hearing.
