From the North

Take I-95 / Rte. 128 South to Exit 27B (Winter Street).

Stay in the right hand lane. You are now on Winter Street. Go through two sets of traffic lights, and follow Winter Street around the Cambridge Reservoir.

Go past the entrances to Waltham Woods and Reservoir Woods. Bay Colony Corporate Center is on the left. We are located at 950 Winter Street, in the first building on the left. Enter through the North Entrance and go up one level to the fourth floor. We are in Suite 4100.

From the South

Take I-95 / Rte. 128 North to Exit 27B (Winter Street).

After exiting, turn right at the first stoplight onto Wyman Street and turn right again at the next stoplight onto Totten Pond Road (which becomes Winter Street).

Continue straight through the next series of lights, keeping to the right lane. Winter Street bears right around Cambridge Reservoir

From Boston and Logan International Airport

Take Mass Pike West (I-90 West) for approximately 13 miles to Exit 15 (I-95) toward Weston. Once through the tolls, bear right toward I-95, then immediately bear left toward I-95 North.

Once on I-95 North, continue for about 4 miles to Exit 27B (Winter Street). After exiting, turn right at the first stoplight onto Wyman Street and turn right again at the next stoplight onto Totten Pond Road (which becomes Winter Street).
